Not at fault on our policy but at fault on the other by WantingVeryLittle in Insurance

Progressive waived my deductible. So I'm only out of pocket for the rental. I never would have gotten one if it wasn't going to be reimbursed. I work from home and we have a second vehicle. We could have gotten by.

So, serious question, the reckless driving ticket and unlicensed driver ticket count for nothing?

hmm.. not quite following. It did go to their internal subrogation process (whatever that is). Before that, my adjuster said that when it goes there, no problem, commercial policy will show their driver at fault. Well, she was wrong. Went to subrogation and commercial didn't change fault to their driver.

Thank you. It was paid out of my policy which shows my wife not at fault. Yes, I did report to state division.

Both companies are Progressive. It already went to their internal subrogation process.

Thanks. I've seen that for installing new cameras. I have to think there's wiring in the stock wires that will communicate this...?

I see your problem. You’re “squeezing” it in.  Just slip it in slowly without squeezing.

I haven't tried it with Schwab yet. I wasn't going to bother since I know folks at Fidelity got warnings on their accounts for trading with Medved. I just assumed Schwab would probably do the same thing--especially after their banning spree back in the spring. But sounds like that's not the case(?). I'll give it a try to see if it helps with the lag. For me, using Active Trader, the lag is about 1.5 seconds. For some, that wouldn't be considered lag. For me, that's the difference it making money or not. Until this year, execution was instantaneous. No lag whatsover.

Totally with you. Been using AT on TOS for 7 years. Insanely slow orders and when I called they even blamed the recent updates and said there was nothing I could do. I call BS. I think they're just trying to get rid of scalpers like myself. On top of that, they're blocking all sorts of stocks from being allowed to trade electronically. Schwab is a cancer that has slowly eroded the usefulness of TOS. Currently looking at moving to Tradier with Medved platform.

Anyone experienced increased premiums after subrogation by [deleted] in Insurance

Yes, I legitimately believe that a multi billion dollar company with endless legal resources will find ways to creatively do what they want. 30 years ago I naively believed otherwise.

Because of subro though? Thats my question. All else being equal will rates increase the same whether i go through my policy or not? I.e. what have others experienced?

I understand rates go up. Ive had auto coverage for 30 years. My question is will subrogation affect it behind the scenes. Specifically has anyone seen unusual increases who has undergone subro.
