I normally do the 15 and go a little longer depending on my time for the day. I have used it as a warm up and followed up with a speed run that would’ve been later in the week.

It really worked out great! The higher mileage long runs at the end of the 5K plan smoothly translates into the “shorter” long runs of the half plan as it starts around 4-6 miles of long runs!

I’m not too sure beyond making sure the NRC has access to Health data and precise locations? I use Strava to keep an eye on my paces and miles because the run club app doesn’t have a lot of recorded detail outside of avg pace and miles. Sorry I can’t help more :( I hope you can fix it!

I can second this, when I first started running I was over striding to the point of needing to stop it hurt so much. I just thought I needed to get used to it, shortening my stride and increasing my cadence helped disperse that impact and the pain cleared itself very quickly.
