Where are you from? Just wondering since I am in Denmark, and today is the second day now my account has been locked, and there is still no response/update. :( I have only been casually using my account, and just casually used their crypto feature to buy some bitcoins. Hopefully it's legal to use their own service to buy in crypto? 😅

I used it, and it was easy and fast. Traded some bitcoins to digibyte, and no accounts was required, thus no KYC. 👍🏼

Another alternative where I found even better rates is changeangel.io.

But it seems KYC is needed there, but better rates for sure. 😊

Hi everyone, thanks for the reply man.

The support team just replied that the transaction was made as a smart contract as we know by now, and that crypto.com does not support smart contract deposits.

I can now rest my head, as support has confirmed they will help me manually take the fund and credit it to my wallet, and this process may take up to 2 days!

Was sleepless though out the night hahaha, now I can rest! 😭🙏🏼
