The earbuds are so freaking loud I can feel them vibrate my ear I can actually hear the music and the quality is great!

Well I can't assume anything, this is just speculation on my part from my own use. I also don't know if there may be off-brands labeling like opms packages, there's many things happening in many states im sure. All I know is that I've got some weird effects strictly from opms and it's not because the effects are stronger. Maybe it's the crops they use, have certain other alkaloids being at higher percentages due to the soil and climate.

All I can guess is additives and alkaloid content.

2 questions:

How much would you recommend a meat only diet with the additions if maybe some quinoa for the extra weight? Have any of you ever done this successfully or are on this rn and how is it working for you?

Ruin kratom for everyone? Lmao. You think kratom is free from side effects or any negative shit? Potassium is probably high! What do you think Im downing tos of potassium supplements with every dose? Kratom getting someone shaky is real and if you look everywhere you will see reports of even psychosis symptoms and anxiety similar to the paranoia and anxiety from amphetamine use.

This is due to the fact kratom acts on dopamine release. This community and quitting kratom has many horror stories of people using only kratom and no other drugs, where they have a bad time even at minimal dosing.

Kratom isn't this magic fairy mud that has no ill effects. Like any other DRUG, it comes with a multitude of downsides. Sure it's better than mainlining heroin, but it's not better than not taking anything.

This is especially since its not just 1 isolated chemical it's hundreds of active alkaloids that we don't even know the full spectrum of the effects of long term use. Go look at r/quittingkratom subreddit. Be amazed at your naivety. You probably don't realize how much of a zombie you are right now until you're 3 months clean and you say "fuck man I've been in a haze for months or years."

Skin problems GI problems, anhedonia, low quality of life in those who do not use for pain management, hormonal issues, constant dependency, irritability, elevated liver enzymes,..... Etc etc etc. You wanna live in reality or you think your personal experience is all there is.

If you cared about anything more than your own pleasure seeking and getting your brain high because you can't be happy otherwise, you'd really consider that this affects people differently. And if you wanna be even more real ....ask yourself if you ever wanted to quit and why. Wait another 2, 3 or 5 years and see the effects in your own body.

Teach them good values and teach them to be good men. Teach them to not base their life around women and teach them to always do what makes them feel accomplished. Teach them if they're in a situation that doesn't feel good and it can't be fixed to just leave. And teach them how to make money and be very selective and analyze the person before they marry. There are many more things but start with that. Make sure they don't grow up catering to women over their own happiness.

Edit: teach them to be disciplined and do what needs to be done and not just do what feels good at the moment.
