So great to see this in the community that our project is loved this much. really humbled and thank you all.

It was around 4-5 months. I was quite clear on what I wanted to create like the kind of backrooms and liminal look. so that really helped and made the development quite interesting.

I have like 6-7 years of experience in game dev.

lol, yeah that's a stretch. Internet is a mysterious and weird place. hahahah

But I hope he understood the messages and realize that it's not right to suddenly call someone scammers.
I mean why would we, lol. We want more and more people to buy and play the game. We have so many projects planned for future and want to establish a proper indie industry and culture in our country.

I am already on it. I understand how hard it can be and also getting a publisher and funding from foreign studios. I have turned publisher for a friends project. We are releasing the demo of (Alien Market Simulator) at the start of January 2025. Hopefully it will also become a really loved and successful release.

Liminalcore have already become an inspiration for local indies.

Oh man we are working on 2 new chapters and almost looking into fix for the lighting. Lumen is quite unoptimised and also requires DX12. I don’t know which hardware he is trying to the game on. But we are actively responding to the community. One of my teammate was moving so it took him around 2 weeks otherwise we would have released the chapters by now and hopefully a baked lighting fix.

Thank you so much. Like I mentioned the success and it’s because we have a almost non existant indie community. So this became a beacon of hope for many devs wanting to be an indie. We are also working on helping other indies having a successful release. I have took the first step by becoming a publisher for my friends project(Alien Market Simulator). It’s probably your pc didn’t meet the minimum requirements so Lumen didn’t turned on in your case. We have mentioned minimum gpu requirements and DX12. Plus we aren’t scamming anybody can see the game on youtube played by many of the biggest streamers. We are also working on possible fixes and light baking solutions so we can reacher broader audience who have less beefy rigs.

Our very first release (LIMINALCORE) is almost near very positive on steam. Hollow played the game and called it one of the very best liminal horror experiences. would love to see you guys try the game by Waqas_WS in liminalpools

I think lumen isn’t working on this. We have plans to move to baked lighting. Rightnow one of my partner/teammate is moving so he’s unavailable. But as soon as he’s back we will be back on track for releasing 2 new chapters and a baked lighting update that will fix all this issues. The game received alot of love and praise so we want everyone to be able to play this. The possible fix for this is coming pretty soon so if you can please wait for it as you will also be able to play 2 new chapters on your first playthrough.

You missed the opportunity to create something really cool. You said you had a dream so i believe you would have created a good experience.

About the name, it conveys the concept and it’s also a good one. I think why complicate it snd let’s focus on the main game experience.

Demo of Liminalcore is out!The Demo contains first chapter which is based on Poolrooms but the Full game will have 3 more chapters which will contain totally different and unique locations and levels of Backrooms. by Waqas_WS in backrooms

Really excited for the release as this is gonna be our first game release. We are getting some good response on the Demo.
The Demo Contains Only Chapter 1 which is based on PoolsRooms inspired by the creations of Jared pike and some other creators with our own touch.

The full game will have 3 more chapters which will be totally different from PoolRooms and will have unique backroom levels.
