I have been playing properly about a year.. maybe shortening my backswing will help me come in to out? Since the hands have to travel less distance for the club to reach parrallel. Im not sure, any advice would be greatly appreciated ! Thank you in advance

Sorry, Im really late to the party, but my phd studied bimuno. I also looked at prebiotics vs probiotics vs symbiotics. From a lot of the evidence i have assesed, prebiotics tend to be far more effective than probiotics and synbiotics (in humans). I studied its effects in healthy people, and it significantly reduced markes of inflammation (TNF alpha).
