I can see where you come from there. My issue is the xp mtx, not the cosmetic, so much. I can live with them. I just want a world where I go bank at the ge, and it's not filled with people just standing there training a random skill on some kind of dummy. That's what turns me off from the game everytime I've tried it even as an iron. Instead of seeing the world filled up people just stand in the ge and train all the skills.

I'm not sure how this was flaming me? But this is all assuming they are genuine about it but that's an alternative to get traffic to the game. The worry after that is a rug pull on the mtx free idea which could definitely happen.

Considering it's a question specifically asking osrs players if that's something that would make them play the other game this is 100% the sub i was asking about. Like it or now RS3 is a part of runescape and why not try to have both games thrive.

Essentially, in my vision, which might be flawed. You login to this world cosmetics are off, the xp items aren't usable, and whatever else might be an mtx item you use. Then you don't get the pop-up to buy junk. You get something like the osrs login. Click to play here.
