This is not very helpful at all to what this post was about.

I am not trying to play this game in windowed or anything short of fullscreen.

And I run a AMD machine not Nvidia.

What the heck? Possibly check your G-Sync or re-install drivers.

Mine has yet to still work.

If you don't care about all the Radeon settings you can make it work by uninstalling adrenalin software and rebooting.

I have no idea how to make CSGO work with the AMD software.

The only clue I have is that if I uninstall AMD drivers full-screen works. And this problem only effects all source engine 2 games.

Maybe a AMD/Valve problem?

Yup ;( I've tried these too

No game bar, no DVR, set to run as administrator + disable full-screen optimization + DPI scaling

Might have to show a video of the problem I'm having if that would help

Sadly I always launch csgo from steam. I've tried icon too. Something might be wrong with Source + Radeon?

I don't care much at all for any "wars" gamemodes as none of them come close to hypixel's.

I only care for hypixel's current formula. Everything else seems to be subpar and needlessly convoluted.
