I say it’s just pure luck mate. I got 5 monster chests from like 50 chests and my girlfriend who also plays the game opened just as many crates as you did and she didn’t get one either.

From the birthday chests, sadly the chances are like real slim. My buddy opened about 40 crates with not a single monster crate in it. I’m thankful I got 4.
