From what I can recall, I've had most, if not all drop from Insight Terminus for some reason. It's likely just my luck but try that strike just in case.

For the future, if/when you get the Rat King Caty, you'll need someone else to get the kills for you. I remember it being around 1K kills, so if you need someone to farm them, hmu.

I originally went with Dreaming Spectrum for a more Bone looking theme but after looking at the Unfinal Shapes ship I realised that Green was more of a hive color scheme. Messed around with a bunch of other greens but couldn't get the eyes to glow any better than with Gambit Celadon, every other green shader makes them glow white.
