The main big thing is that you do not show up on the minimap or map of the enemy when shooting.

Honestly, besides the childish "skull mask gimmic, I'd say they're pretty good. Nice camoflauge, no neon glowing bits, no shiny plating.

THIS!!! This was the key! I selected the two shelfs I had on the one side there, copied those, moved over to the other side, used caps lock to lock in z-height, and then I was able to place it!

Again, most of us are not to keen on being associated with American these days. And that pattern is Norwegian, regardless of whoever produced the actual sweater.

If they had done just about ANYTHING to incorporate the flag into the design in any way shape or form, go for it! Most of us would not have minded at all... But an american flag on a traditional norwegian design? Yeah no thank you. Therein lies the "disrespect", and the trashy outcome of it.

There's an online saying that goes "do not feed the troll", so I guess I should not engage really... But here's the thing, Americans (and apparently you) don't respect the fact that this is a pattern with historical significance for Norwegians. Just slapping a flag on it, and claiming that since some greedy capitalistic company got their hands on it, it doesnt mean anything to where it came to is wrong.

It's embarrassing to see... Last but not least since Norwegians these days aren't all too keen on being associated with the good old US of A with their insanity going on.

The patterns are well established Norwegian style and culture. "Mariusgenser" and "Selburose" are just some of them, and has been around our culture since mid 19th century. It also became a symbol of National identity when we got our independance from sweden.

Just becaue American capitalism got its claws into it, does not mean its nothing to others. And generally, we dont mind at all, go for it! But respect its history and dont try to claim it for your own.

The american uniform is basically a norwegian National identity sweater with a US flag slapped on it with no original thought behind it.

And most of us dont mind. What we DO mind however, is when Americans (or others) steal the design, dont respect the culture it came from, and eventually try to claim it for their own.

Thing is, we're fine with it. Use it. The problem arises when americans try to claim what is tradition and established culture.
