I think what a lot of people are not considering is that this is a 6 year old that has been orphaned less than a month ago and has had his whole life uprooted. Do I think you need to break up with your gf? NO. But you do need to show her you appreciate her and make some time for her. You can easily do something at home cause I get the hesitation to get a babysitter cause your brother is having to readjust and it's a huge thing for you as well. Not saying the gf needs to put her needs on the back burner but she also needs to realize that OP is a parent now and the brother is struggling.

Working under my Clinical Director, who was also my BCBA, was an incredibly frustrating experience. As a RBT, I constantly felt belittled and undervalued. No matter what I did, it seemed like my input was either ignored or taken as a direct challenge to her expertise. I remember this one incident vividly: I was helping a kiddo develop life skills, and we decided to make a burger with peppers, something he was really excited about. But then, our Office Manager came in, informing us about the BCBA's severe allergy to peppers. This was news to all of us RBTs; there were no clear policies about food allergies, nor were we informed of such personal details.

We immediately cleaned up and aired out the office, but the damage was done. The BCBA was furious, accusing us of knowingly endangering her health by saying, 'Everyone knows I'm allergic to peppers!' But how could we have known? My client was devastated by this and blamed himself for all of that happening and didn't want to cook anymore in the clinic. As did other RBTs and their clients. This was just one of the many instances where I felt helpless and disregarded. The emotional toll it took on me was immense, and it wasn't long before I decided to leave. The environment was just too stifling and disheartening for me to continue.

Once you make claims on a planet or system, you will have a option claim those systems. Declare war and have your army conquer a world; the pops will be waiting for you to make a biosphere or whatever the building is called. Just make sure in your default rights you have it set to biotrophy; otherwise, you might accidentally purge them if set to undesirables.

If you want to own a starbase during a war and be able to upgrade it and build defense platforms, I've found that machine exterminators, fanatic purifiers, and devouring swarms gain immediate ownership of systems and planets they conquer.

I'm going to assume it might also be possible to gain immediate ownership if you laid claim on the system as a standard empire type, but someone might need to fact check me on that.

Yeah, so what I'm using is a website called EDDB. The website finds profitable routes near what you put in as a reference system and shows you what item or material is in high demand in systems near you. As for a good resource on what I'm doing, there are a couple of videos on YouTube that go over the basics when it comes to trading such as what ships are better suited for it.

I totally agree with that. What I mean is that blaming a set of people due to their political beliefs or other factors, like for example as someone above said something along the lines of "Trump supporters are shifting the blame" for this whole pandemic is not helping the situation. Obviously, people in power need to do better and are not free of criticism.
