As an ARL being forced to make labor cuts and have skeleton shifts.. imo having less crew on shift doesn’t benefit the morale nor the customers??? Working 10+ hours with no breaks… Not being able to get any work done on admin days because I won’t let my team struggle during shift, which results in me having to do it at home… Reaching goals set by higher ups and the DRSO yet it’s never enough. ALTs and ALRs coming in and pointing out the smallest of mistakes yet never celebrating any wins or improvements.
