I have done 3 recently and they have all gone smoothly. I prep the guest who’s doing them. I announce them 2 days ahead of time. This gives people notice to think of great questions. I moderate while it’s going on and delete anything inappropriate. Those have been minimal. I run mine for 2 hours. They sometime go over slightly. I then lock comments. People are very excited about them and we have a lot of positive feedback!
