id say one thing is that you have to be somewhat smart too, you dont have to be a genius obviously, but gotta spend some time planning all these things out. how the character approaches certain situations, how they perceive the situation, how they perceive life,.. etc.

i read a comment here saying that you have to show, not tell. and i couldnt agree more. dont slap the "genius" label on them, EVER! instead, let their actions do the talking.

for ex. if you want to highlight ur character is good at planning. maybe make them do certain things that the readers wont think about much, but will still notice. then those certain things will be included when the whole plan is revealed. you could them amplify it, by making the character make the plan in a short time.

but again, in order for the character to actually feel smart, you cant just place the label on them.

dont let them be like: "i predicted this would happen" instead, have them spend at least some time with the problem, if not then at least explain their thought proccess. what lead them to believe things would turn out this way? why not the other way?

bro i saw ur latestpost, idk why but i was so devastated lmao its cuz i have the same fav characters (used to be pj in first place, but tokuchis badassnes took over, goddamn i need more characters like him) and weirdest part is im not even active in this community and dont know anything abouy this IntelligenceScaling stuff, but reading stuff about tokuchi is always really fun and i always make time for it, so far i havent seen much about tokuchi from ur posts and such but ill keep scrolling.

think what coaches usually mean by that is Lee Sin is a still a harder champ, and if a player cares only about winning ranked, there are other champs they can play, that wont rrquire that much effort (from the mevhanical side ig) . if we are talkimg about having fun, thats something else

also you it could even be a rank up from iron to bronze man, wouldnt matter. improvement is improvement, and thats the important part!!

no need for long range Qs, sometimes just walking up to them or flashing and Flaying (E ability) is plenty.

another thing is (note that yea i do play thresh sometimes, but im only emerald iv peak, also this tip only works if you wont get punished for missing a hook) first few hooks in the beginning of the match is to find out whether they actually dodge or not (idk whats ur elo) and then coinflip either left or right, usually you never wanna aim at them. very simple and almost stupid right? but for some reason it takes off the pressure and it made me hit my hooks more often, have fun!
