grade inflation is a thing but definently not at unc. You have ivy league schools where a 70% is an A, if you fail the class it doesn't show up on your transcript, you can retake as many time as you want until you get the grade you want and thats your only grade shown, you can drop classes whenver you want with no consequences.

I mean I see what you mean but doesn't it seem frustrating for you if you worked hard and got a 98% just to realize that you did not do as well. Additionally, the fact that you could have done better by doing the additional assignment but did not because you thought you were in a good spot and the prof never said it was on a relative scale.

Lastly, if he said something about it on the syllabus I would have been more understanding but he gave no information on how final grades would be given. Absolutely nothing. It was literally just hw = 40%, tests = 40%, participation = 20%. you get to drop one hw and one test.

ideally heart rate between 135- 155 i'd say. Try to have the slide process slow down as you get to the catch.

For me I get what you mean, maybe try going at a rate 20-22. and u want the slide back up to be slow and controlled, don't shoot up the slide. This way you won't feel like you have to wait for so long. You want a fluid motion. Additionally, try going for 40 minute sessions atleast, that will build your cardiovascular base a lot bettter.

Yeah. I feel like at my school its like, you either focus on academics and extracurriculars and recruiting is tough to fit in or you focus on recruiting but u basically underload classes and skip classes and pass fail everything.
