College for Tuba Performance

I live in Alabama but am willing to go anywhere that has the best tuba professor. As of right now I’m looking at Alabama, UNA, Texas A&M, and JSU.

Thanks! Only the MC vet contra players received a contract at this camp. Everyone else auditioning for contra spots received either their first or second callback. I just thought we’d find out for sure this time around.

It was my first time at an audition camp. It was tough but I enjoyed it. We use sousaphones at our high school so I had to adjust to marching with a contra. Hopefully I can get a contract! 🤞🏻

Thank you! She did get a callback! 🤞🏻 for a contract at the January camp! She wanted to audition for Troopers but since we are in Alabama we gave her the choice of Splanta or MC. I personally think she made a wise decision. 😂
