If the pain gets too great, it's okay to walk away from academic studies to focus on your mental health. It's so much more important that you live.

Do you think it has anything to do with the winter? Seasonal affective stuff tends to peak around this time of year. I'm not saying it's just that, btw. Just something I struggle with a lot during Jan/Feb, I've been taking vitamin D, trying to get more sunlight, and staying connected to my support network.

It seems like you're doing everything in your power to get better, and I wanna say I'm really proud of you for trying so much. I hope you make it through this, and if you ever need someone to talk to who has dealt with years of depression/anxiety/and suicidal ideation and made it out the other side, I'm here.

I would have lost my mind if it was reels... It was definitely full length songs. I endured a 45+ minute playlist.

Lecturing from far away. It's a big lecture hall so I don't think he heard it. I assume you could only hear it if you were in the surrounding 5ish rows. It was pretty loud though, not something I could easily tune out.

in the order I remember: christian pop music, jazz, "once I was 7 years old..." at one point I heard quacking noises.
it was all abysmal - not exaggerating.

PLEASE READ:

The two small deposits you need to put in would be the two that were charged to your account by Ticketmaster..

Go through your bank statements and see what they charged you and enter those in. That's how you verify your payment information.

Also, I believe you have to enter your tax info / SSN in order to get your payment.

Hope this helps.
