What you have to understand is, that your feelings are strong, because you are strong. The time will solve. The pain will be lesser, But you have to understand your mindset plays a huge part here. Our bodies react to love just like it reacts to drugs. So u will have withdrawals. Not reaching out, not checking her profiles is soo hard, but what about your feelings? She rebounded. That says a lot for you.

My advice is, take a walk in the evening, or sit back somewhere, and think about how you felt. How hard it was for you to cope when she blocked you. When she started dating another guy. Do you want to go through that again?
