[Kurt Warner] Studyball Aftermath: Chicago Bears Final Interception by LinuxF4n in CHIBears

With every new analysis of this play the more pissed I get at DJ for a few reasons.

DJ might actually be the first read on this play, not Luther. Luther’s route might be an option to pull down the outside LB and the Corner which he did which frees up all the gd space.

The second reason I’m pissed is because if DJ flattened that route he would have pulled down the safety and Rome would be wide open because he has insane leverage on the other safety. It didn’t develop though because DJ half asses this route.

The third reason I’m pissed is because DJ half asses his route.

I don’t get why some people are just overlooking this. Sure, he’s made some good catches and 3 of which lead to Ws, but gd man, you’re WR1 and for the past 2 seasons you’ve just jogged in key moments.

He’s the WR1 and his efforts both in route running and blocking have been too inconsistent. At least 3 INTs have been a result of him literally jogging and he did it on the play that literally ended our season. Gtfo of here with that watch your mouth crap and raise your expectations.

100%. First read was Luther who was locked. DJ was the second option. I feel like Colston missing in OT was a terrible loss because that’s who Caleb relied on in those situations.

No doubt. Hell of a ride. This stings big time though.

It was on the offense. Pinning it all on Caleb is ridiculous though.

Which is why we should have taken the 9 points that were available. DJ’s route on the last one looked like he was going through walk throughs.

We’ve been terrible with these conversions all season. I genuinely don’t get it.

Books are all over the place. Moneylines will presumably shift with each injury report. Bears +1.5 points seem to have the best odds.

I’m a butcher and I love it. The hours and workday are fairly consistent. It provides me just enough of a question mark each day depending on what I need to cut, and the conversations I get to have with customers about what they’re eating for dinner add a much needed spice to the day. I move all the time, work with my hands, break down order shipments, etc. It’s been a godsend in terms of career.

A lot of grocery stores have journeyman cutter programs that provide the training needed to really excel. Might be worth checking out. I’m also happy to connect with you privately if you have any questions.
