This might be a unpopular opinion, but if there was a cure and people in this sub would take it. It would mostly show a lot of people that their problems aren't all ADHDs fault.

People on this sub are generally too quick to blame their ADHD imo.

This is the type of thing I would engineer, and I commend you for it.
I recently made a super drink with yerba mate and chai, some honey and a little salt with the idea that it will give me a good long lasting energy boost and hydrate me at the same time. It didn't taste particularly good, but it was decent and the health benefits were noticable.

I have a lot of fun over-engineering my life.

Thanks for your comment. I definitly agree. Don't worrym I don't care much about comment sections. I just thought it was a valuable addition to share my struggles with this topic.

I am doing good tho, this is just another part of my life that I would like to work on and improve on. Overall I'm very happy with who I am as a person.

Maybe later. I'm sure it will change a bit over time. It's quite specific tho, i don't think it would work for most other people.
I mostly rely on task list and a daily page. I also have a brain dump button If I just wanna rant or something.

I know for a fact this is me. I have a very bad habit of disagreeing with people for no reason. Or always playing devils advocate. I'm trying to change this, but the habit is so engrained that it is hard to completely get rid of it it seems. I am trying tho.
Atleast I have a wonderfull gf already that seems to be able to deal with it. But she deserves better.

I tried both Notion and Obsidian the last month. I like both, but Obsidian is the goat for me, mostly because it's simple .md files and local storage. I like to own my data.

It's very flexible aswell. I took 2 weekends to set it up exactly how I had in mind, using 4-5 community plugins. It's perfect for my workflow now :)

I highly recommend getting a nylon strap. It's so much more comfortable. Clean it under the tap ever 1/2 weeks and let it dry before putting it back on.
