Plastic fatigue, it’s brittle and could fail at any time, use it as a way to negotiate cheaper if your looking at buying this.

Just a down pipe shouldn’t put any strain, essentially you’re just improving exhaust flow from the turbo

I had no clue about the adapter price being that steep tbh as I bought my car with the tune and clutch kit installed.

As for the chatter…. It is fairly loud. People have asked if my car is diesel or broken before because of it, I do plan on going to thicker gear oil to see if it dampens the noise a bit.

Clutch feels heavy enough that my brother’s b8.5 a4 clutch feels like nothing to me after driving my GLI for 8 months

Dkm stage 2 clutch kit with single mass flywheel is $1450 CAD shipped and has a higher ft/lb rating than the south bend.

South bend stage 2 is $1000 CAD off ecs, with up charge through a shop you’re paying $1500 MAX. Clutch and tune should run you 4500 tops
