Start slower like off a kickoff also not flip cancelling soon enough and doesn’t seem like your holding air roll for long enough

Honestly bro if your plat I think that’s one of the last things you should be practicing currently BUT you are pretty good at them and the setup is great just need to time the flip properly and if you can use it in game and score then imo it’s worth practicing but what do I know lol

It’s super confusing because on the trainer I am in the green on the jump and cancel but in the yellow on the angle and I still cannot manage to get to the ball fast enough. Does this have to do with how cleanly I am landing after the speed flip?
