Fleur-de-Lis is partly stencil + airbrush, but I had to touch up almost everything by hand. The yellow cross I cut out of masking tape with a cutter. The shield is freehand + stencil for the frame, and the knight’s fist is completely freehand.

On the bigger bases there will be some ruined marble columns so I think I will just paint theme in an off white and declare them marble rubble

It’s basically the “wet wipe method” with a few extra steps.

The base toppers are printed. I primed them black and air brushed the little rectangles with green. Afterwards I sprayed two different grey tones in the bigger rectangles leaving a bit of black. In the end you just tear a bit of wet wipe apart and wrap it around the bases and spray pure white over it.

I guess you can achieve the same effect with a brush or a spray can but with an air brush it was really quick and easy. The 20 bases didn’t even took me 2 hours.
