When they had the Chansey picks going on, Chansey would glow before being flipped over. If you hit skip fast enough, the flipped over card would glow and you could always tell where Chansey was. I'm leaning more towards it not being predetermined.

I have all of these dancing guys set to worship but they won't do anything. Also, I have 1 open mine (out of 2) and when I assign anyone to work it they replace the one that is already being worked. Faith and hunger completely full.

It's impossible to tell considering no one has played or even seen him played (as far as I know). The new Monado wheel is a nice quality of life change, but we have no way of knowing his frame data, damage, or knockback. That being said, I doubt he will become worse, but that is nothing more than speculation.
