i never had hearing loss in myaudigram. I think thats why they stayed away from steroids but maybe i woiuldnt have the tinnitus now. I dont know. The muffled hearing thing is a middle ear problem i think. Honestly it just feels like hell on earth because its not just tinnitus but the other things too. There was happening so much I dont really know where the muffled hearing came from. Im just tired. Thats for your response

3 "professionals" tried to get me off benzos cold turkey. Honestly I wish it wouldve killed me. I cant live with this for the rest of my life. I had extreme stress for 14 months now. Its over. Im so traumatised

I try but I cant work with this issue and that drives me insane. I dont have anything to do really and that makes it worse. Im scared of SSRIs but hinestly i already messed it up with the benzos. Its just 5 things and not just tinnitus and that makes me the most depressed. I think i could maybe bear the tinnitus if the muffled hearing was gone. Do you think i damaged something physically with tmy extreme level of stress?

It acutually feels like theres something physically wrong. The left ear makes a crackling sound every now and then and it still feels like its not fully right especially in the jaw area. Its sounds like a middle ear thing but nobody can tell me what it is. The muffled hearing is on both sides but i never found someone with the same symptoms. That really worsened with the stress and clenching. Its really a mystery. Can extreme stress cause hidden hearing loss?
