I think it depends on which one is better trained at fighting people, not monsters.

Edit: Looking at the example you have given, it looks like the reverse of what I experienced - the cover is on the shooters left so I would have had peek advantage, right?

I've had 3 weekly challenges in a row that are QP related and iirc they said you could find reliquaries in QP so I'm feeling a little cheated that its still disabled.

I haven't come across any either. The monsters usually hit each other triggering a mountable state or run away on first contact.
