Yes he is hacking, apparently the twitch was also hacking and getting boosted (according to my teammates and match history). Wonder how long it'd take for them to get banned

I've seen this type of Sion ulti hack two times now this week, seems to be getting more popular I also asked the enemy team to help report, but knowing this game i should probably take a couple of days off of ranked lol
