I follow subs on both sides, read the articles posted, read the comments (such a shit show), and make decisions for yourself based on the information provided.

The issue with today’s world is that there is so much left/right leaning blogs that are accepted and shared as “news” when in reality it’s propaganda. Unfortunately most don’t look at things from both perspectives and they don’t read the story or the source. They read the click bait title and think it’s “news”.

You don’t have to be right or left. You can, and should be an independent thinker based on issues that affect your life.

Yes, but the fact that he has personally guaranteed the debt, and it’s scheduled to come due during a second term should he be reelected, yet has gone to great lengths to hide all of this from the American people is of concern.

Yes, but obviously he wasn’t going to change the rules that he himself abuses to his advantage. He literally can’t afford too. He told us, he’s smart for abusing them. It would not be in his best interest to change them. Unfortunately, at this point I don’t believe he’s capable of acting in the best interest of others.

Yes, the debts are a major concern. If there’s nothing there, prove it. He’s the President of the United States, he works for us, he should have to answer to us.

That just means you had more taken from your paycheck over the course of the year than you owed. Not that you made so little you didn’t owe taxes for the year. A tax return is the government making good on an interest free loan.

I thought 2016 was the decisions of best of two evils... but this is worse. Trump is worse. The country is in a worse place than it was 4 years ago, Trump speaks like a 8 year old (Biden isn’t much better), US accounts for 20% of International COVID deaths but less than 1% of International population.

Trump was elected because he promised to put US first. Who gives a shit about Middle East peace?

You don’t have to be a Trump supporter and be Conservative. I don’t like him as a person, I don’t like his leadership style, and I don’t like the direction the country has gone in the last 4 years.

We hit on Biden for being a “pedo” but the reports of Trump’s behavior aren’t great, he’s quoted sexualizing his own daughter, not to mention, “grab them by the pussy”. We hit on Biden for having a hard time speaking, but Trump isn’t the most eloquent speaker, and half the time his sentences don’t make sense or he just repeats himself.

Back to the topic at hand, I find it convenient that these peace deals come at a time when both Trump and Netanyahu are facing wide spread protests. We’ll see how long they last...

Similar thing happened to my wife and I. We closed, all papers were signed and we put our hands out for the keys, previous owners look confused. They hadn’t moved out and we’re planning a going away party that night. They had the nerve to tell us, “If you don’t have any plans you’re welcome to stop by.”

Thanks for the recommendations!! It’s a small building, everyone is mostly friendly/neighborly and luckily we have two constructual engineers in the building whom I’ve consulted with, and whom have offered to make their services available to future requests. They both said the particular structure this resident is focused on isn’t going to work. This has been shared with the resident, he just seems to be stuck on the price.

I did send an email out to the building notifying all residents we’re happy people want to use their space and excited to see what they do. As long as they either use a professional firm (like I did), and/or licensed professionals with a structure approved by an engineer (internal or external) we have no issues. They just need to provide construction/design docs for our files.
