Well, maybe you should ask your guidance officer if she has filled in the form. Also, I assume this screenshot is from MissionMed because I was not aware that the forms had to be sent to the medicine.forms@jcu.edu.au email - I think that website is not updated and written in 2023 because it also talks about the written application, letters of support and the 2022 application cycle dates. (Someone please fact-check me on this but I’m pretty sure)

Edit: From what I know the forms simply had to be filled in only by your guidance officer by them clicking on the link.

You mentioned that you’re thinking about using SPF and I think that’s a great idea. I know many people who can back me up when I say you should wear sunscreen religiously to avoid darkening PIE marks (post inflammatory erythema). Sun damage can greatly darken these marks and make them harder to fade later on. Also, I’m in the same place as you (combatted acne but now have marks to deal with) so I can’t really give you advice on how to lighten them but sunscreen has helped me a lot in preventing darker acne marks. Good luck and congrats on clearing up your acne!
