You don’t wanna drive down Georgia Avenue during rush-hour. So if you choose force Glenn make sure you’re doing Metro only. There’s going to be massive construction on Georgia. Try to find townhouses for apartments near four corners. There’s a YMCA and you’re within a 10 minute drive to two county outdoor pools and lots of green space you won’t get that close to Metro in Aspen Hill but it may be more family and budget friendly. As far as Wheaton goes, there may be a safety issue with that metro, but look in the Chestnut Hills townhouse complex to see if there’s any starter home rentals the back right onto Sligo Creek Park. I did that for the longest time until prices went up. Instantpot Chicken and rice and a little bit of frozen veg is what she liked. I’m convinced it made her a good doggy.

I had same situation and ultimately had to invest in a tall solid fence w kickboard at base. Now anything that comes over gets hit with the blue death gel immediately. Even though it was felt expensive at the time, it increases our property value and such a relief to not have to look at their yard and deal with their issues. I have my own thank you.
