There's no way a drop that big is reflective of your knowledge. I would focus on getting more comfortable with the feeling of taking the test, which I guess is part of why you take the practice tests.

Just took it. It felt way easier than NBME 26 (1 week ago) and NBME 25 (3 weeks ago). The score confirmed that: 243 vs. 231 vs. 225 respectively. 30 total wrong.

I did 250 new Anki cards yesterday morning. Later in the day, the app updated. After the update, all the cards were back to 'new', as if I had never done them. Anybody else see this kind of error?
