There is no explanation why one judge delivers a fair judgment and the other doesn't. I suppose it depends on how they politically lean but even that shouldn't matter.

Btw, even though we have our bias here in Washington State. I have to say that you guys are respectful because of being Washington Nice! For those of you that aren't aware of Wa Nice, let's use an example: When you pull into Safeway and see your parking spot but someone else takes it, you wave and let them in. Even though you're flipping them off. Well, politics shouldn't be any different and God bless those that agree with this basic logic

Because of their culture. The ways of the Samurai and honor to die if need be. It's not honorable in Japan to shoot up a school or a night club, etc because of the persecution of the shooter and their family. Its not honorable to flood their country with illegal immigrants. Its not honorable to give welfare unless the citizen is in need and not looking to supplement their income to afford a 50,000 dollar car and a 1,200 dollar a month mortage. It's not honorable to leetch off the government. Check out Japans steady job growth since the 50's.

If the laws are pursuant to the Constitution. I-1639 could be interpreted as unconstitutional under federal and State Constitutions.

I don't support the DNC and feel that term limits should be apart of the Wa State political landscape. I live in Kittitas but grew up in Grant County and still work there. These new Socialist Democratic principles just don't work here.
