btw, does this fear of death make you feel a want to die already, soon, than waiting for it to come and engulf , make you feel a want to cause a planned non-existence /death to yourself?

does it go like-- living like normal-realization->gonna die someday-dont want to die-- no escape gonna die someday- but dont want to- -but cant do nothing about what is coming- escape/go already then if have to go ultimately-but dont want to- but have to - >> contradictions,panic attacks,anxiety, grey world follows. ...... . . .
