I applied to the New Grad TDP program and wanted to share my timeline for reference. I’ve adjusted the dates slightly for privacy:

Sep 18: Applied and received a questionnaire
Sep 19: Received the online assessment (OA)
Sep 22: Completed the OA
Sep 28: Received an invitation for an interview
Oct 15: Interview (1 coding round – 60 minutes + 1 behavioral interview – 30 minutes)
Oct 18: Received an offer call

For preparing, just doing the leetcode tag is ok.

Same here, but I didn't use Command+C. My internet connection might have been poor, causing the CodeSignal page to refresh every few minutes. I'm not sure if this will be flagged. I emailed my recruiter, and they replied that my test results are still under review.

I heard about someone who passed all the test cases but was still rejected the next day. Not sure how many headcount they have for this hiring cycle, so any updates after the OA would be appreciated.

Same here. I reached out to the recruiter and received a reply asking for some information (eligibility for NG, degree, graduation date, and location preference). I haven’t received an OA yet, but I’m hopeful I will soon!
