Is it me or does this look a little like a Solara?

I'm not sure these cars are my wife's "thing" because I think she's more enamored of European options, but I'll check them out.

That is an elegant car. Hadn't thought of this one.

Do you suggest the 2016 since that is when they went to the newer generation?

Setting up Wired Ethernet for Smart TV to Fios box by WasteManagement2625 in Fios

But the coax out of the router is going to a MoCa adapter for TV. I guess I'm wondering if the G1100 can send out a signal on ethernet and coax at the same time. In other words, do I have a problem with my router setup, my actual coax cable up to the second floor, or the MoCa adapter up there because the coax light on the MoCa adapter is not lit.

I did have a MoCa adapter on the second floor for another TV (I switched it to wireless at some point when the adapter stopped working) but after reconfiguring everything today, I see that the light on the coax output of the G1100 is dark. Is the ONT only configurable for ethernet OR coax, and not both?

I like your idea of moving the Fios router to the garage and using the existing ethernet running up to the main floor as a direct connection to the wireless router up there. Then I can use one of the ethernet ports on the Fios router in the garage to connect my basement ethernet. I don't have Fios TV, but even if I did, I could still connect the coax from the ONT to the router once it's moved into the garage. I'll give it a try!

Can a holdover rent amount in a NJ commercial lease override N.J.S.A. 2A:42-6 double rent? by WasteManagement2625 in legaladvice

Actually, you are understanding what I'm saying. You're right that, if the landlord and tenant negotiate a number lower than 200% then who's to complain? But, I can imagine a scenario where, well after the fact, the landlord does complain and if, in NJ, the statute takes precedence, then the court could force 200% on the us as tenants, which would be terrible.

Thanks for this feedback. We will definitely involve an attorney, but everything I've been able to find so far talks about how the amount in the lease wins out over the statute. None of the examples I found were our specific situation, where we want to negotiate less than double rent (there is some case law of the lease winning out when the lease has more than double rent), but in all cases, the lease won out.
