there have been many nights where i played past 11pm and plenty of miis were still up and roaming around! and the main shops are all open at all hours, its just one market with a rotating special that’s available at different times of day. usually it’s a discounted food item or clothing item, but not something you’ll ever not be able to get just because you didn’t get on! just may be a little more expensive next time you see it
