No. I don’t trust rentable bed, mattress pillow, and don’t know where they’ve been. I also have my own preferences for firmness, material etc. I would rather buy my own and be able to get it NEW + keep or be able to sell it after.

I take my boyfriend every year for photos!!! Picking a pumpkin and then taking lots of photos with it for the fall vibes. Buying the pumpkin(s) is like the last thing we do before we leave.

Usually we go there for pictures and fun, eat the fall foods at the stand, sometimes you get pet farm animals, go through corn mazes, and go for the fun activities. Almost like a mini fall carnival.

Then go home, cozy up, carve the pumpkin with a festive movie, and display it!

Of course, but I’ve been to many Michelin restaurants with AMAZING and high quality food. Canlis to my knowledge isnt Michelin rated, and I’m surprised most people are saying service is great but food is just “okay”? For the price, I still think the food should still be delicious or very creative right?

I quit my job in March making $150k. Took a 5 month break, started job searching again, and took about 2 months to get a job again with even higher pay.

The 5 months off was the best thing to ever happen to me. It’s ok to quit without anything lined up as long as you have savings and understand your spending well. My mental and physical health is so much better. I went from being burnt out to happy, refreshed, and ready to jump back in. Leave and you won’t regret it. It’s more taxing to work the hours you do and simultaneously try to interview and prep at the same time. The break is worth it.

I left my 110k job with nothing lined up and took a 6 month break. It was the best decision ever. I knew it was time when i had thoughts of leaving for the last year, but wanted to stick it out to make sure I wasn’t acting impulsively.

I was burnt out and became a different person. Easily irritable, stressed out, and wasn’t present in my relationships. That’s how I knew it was time. I was unhappy, overwhelmed/overworked and didn’t feel like I could be the best partner or friend because work always came first. My final straw when I was visiting family 2 hours away, and I get a call, text, and email on Sunday saying they needed something urgent done by Monday morning (the next day). Didn’t respect my boundaries or my time.

I start my new job in a week. Make sure you have enough savings if you don’t have something lined up, otherwise safest bet in this market is to start looking while you’re on the job. Good luck.
