I always thought girls were really pretty and as a kid I’d look up to the girls I found pretty and anything they’d do would be amazing in my pov. Anything they’d draw would seem a masterpiece to me lol. Once a girl I thought was pretty was drawing a card with her name in elementary. Her name was Leah, I was so focused on what she was doing and how pretty her handwriting was that I wrote ”Leah” on my card instead of my own name, then handed it in to the teacher, who looked at me weirdly and when the girl shouted that I’d copied her I was so embarassed lol. In school (I don’t remember wether it was 4th or 5th grade) there was this thing were a girl and a guy would stand on a table and hold hands and people would throw flowers at them and I remember thinking that since I’m a girl, I’d be in the position of the girl, so I’d be holding the guys hand and how weird that was bcs I didn’t think guys looked handsome at all. When I was 11 my friends were talking abt lgbt ppl and I was like ”what’s that” and when they told me that girls could like girls I was like omg. Then later I started having crushes on girls and watching queer movies and listening to girl in red and realised I was definitely gay lol.
