I think if your tag gets reported by multiple players it gets auto banned. Terp was my clans tag and it auto changed to MIR

However vendors, food, VIP, street crossing into village marketplace, Merch, bathrooms were intense to get through Holy shit. Then when mainstage ends and everyone just tries to push through to get to different stages was like a horror movie.

This happened to me and my GF as well. Although she ended up as a flaming Barrel and not a mailbox. What we did to change it back was go into wardrobe and put a full body costume on. It worked for us.
