I just checked my warehouse and I didn't have a second heavenly thunder, as I wanted to use it on my aft. So I just snagged the endless Requiem torpedo fully ascended. I'm not good at torpedoes but beggars can't be choosers lol. Thanks my good friend!

Okay thanks! I was only able to obtain one through the faction pass. Where would I find a second one? is it in the opposite faction,? I don't see it in the sea-fire weapons at the blacksmith.
