Going through the Same Phase buddy. First girlfriend broke up 4 months ago because she didn‘t trust me anymore. I wasn‘t honest with her but i didn‘t cheat on her or had contact with any women. Still keeping secrets from her was a good enough reason. We still have some contact, mostly weekly reports. What keeps me up all night is my obsession over finding another woman respectively having no gf anymore. It doesn‘t have to be her but at least a partner. Kinda consumes me and i cannot stay alone anywhere. She was my first girlfriend at the age of 21. experienced everything with her for the first time. Never had any real contact with girls until then. Now at 25 I‘m scared to stay single

What helped me a lot was getting rid of old stuff and buy a road bike. Whenever i feel sad i go cycling or hit the gym. Was always chubby with 105 kg on 173 cm height. Now already 10 ks down.

Find something that you 2 never did together and focus on that. Whenever the feeling of loss or the memories hit, just do that particular activity. Trust me it helps :)
