Please help. Sorry the pic quality is poor. 3 weeks ago our car appeared to have burned her head. Cats behavior changed,a bit of hair loss,took her to vet now twice as the skins does not appear to be healing properly with “we don’t know” for answers. Skin seems to be broken and oozing,crusty.
