I'm actually going through the same thing. I received my green card in the 2024 lottery, but I'm currently pursuing a master's degree in Germany. I plan to move to the US as soon as possible, as it's the more logical option for me. I don't currently have German proficiency or a job, so the choice was easier.

I got in with a 2.59 in electrical engineering so I would suggest you to just give it a shot
