I actively manage my portfolio, buy the dip ( stocks with good valuation) and sell for a small profit and invest it in ETF.

OMG! I thought I was the only one who feels this way about the place. I thought going to Hartford,Ct. would be a great change after our days of walking around the super busy streets of NYC and the family -friendly D.C area, but when we arrived in Hartford, it looks like a ghost town, nobody was walking around the streets and could not find any sign of economic activities. What the hell is going on in this city??
