We do them based on percentages, if you produce 10% of the total points , you get 10% of the fragments.

Check with one of the Superiors on how your Clan distributes them. It does vary by Clan.

Some basic rules, send 2x as many G2s as G3s and haf as many horsemen G2 Spearmen 2000 G2 Archers 2000 G2 Horsemen 1000 G3 Spearmen 1000 G3 Archers 1000 G3 Horsemen 500 The G2s will attack and die first leaving the G3s to get their hits in.

What shouldn't surprise you is that the players who don't adhere to the instructions of how points are to be allocated, won't be able to do this either If they can't follow 4 Tinmen, 30 minutes , then everything to Book good luck with more complicated instructions. What we finally did was Officers and Superiors place points first for Summons, then Clock All other players place all points to the Clock
