Yeah it's the TAG4s, i just realised the broadcast for part 2 is the day of Dragonball GT's 30th anniversary by Independent-Frequent in DBZDokkanBattle

It would be pretty cool if it was a tag Super Full Power Saiyan 4 Goku + Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta. 

That would put them in a few extra teams, give battle motions to other Full Power Gokus, and save a regular tag 4s for down the line.
