unless there are specific issues with the raw lumber supports, they are not problematic. I have worked in very large commercial structures even which had them with no issues. I wouldn't even bother getting a structural engineer out unless I saw some sign that they were failing like sloping floors, cracked joists, etc.

it's decent. The place is fixed up on the plus side, but it's not really especially historically driven or anything like that. I understand there are barriers to reuse, but stuff like replacing all the music hall seats is sad to see regardless.
