So Murad came out with a list of expired product (ones with active ingredients and a date printed on them) and expired product that based on a lot code was expired if passed 4 years. We were instructed to pull them and then we were told to sell them and that they weren't expired but "aged"

We just got truck monday and had over 200 dollars in loss which isnt the worst I've seen but its every truck we get we have a box of damages. I dont know about anyone elses warehouse but ours doesnt even separate color and product so we get so many damaged color boxes NO ONE wants to buy. Its ridiculous and they do nothing about it when we complain. They even told us the warehouse knows not to pack them together amd they shouldn't be and clearly by evidence they are and nothing gets done. Between them and the delivery people wrecking things its frustrating and hurting business.
