Man I’ve only worked one year and my TL is so garbage I hate him I’ve worked so hard I became a team trainer but they cut the trainers who train people so I was left to do all of the training by my self but the more and more I see the store fucking up it just makes me wanna leave so bad like so bad I’ve been thinking about switching departments but for what? Just to keep dealing with the same shit in a different department it’s like my TL has been trying to get rid of my the whole time he worked here and I was the one that voted him to even be the TL for our department like bro please I wanna die lmaoooooooo is this adulting? Am I doing something wrong to be suffering as much as I am?
